In today’s world it is difficult to find a company or business that has good
customer service. We hear a lot about those businesses. I want to take this
opportunity to mention a local business that has top-notch customer service.We
recently booked and enjoyed an Alaskan cruise and land tour with Brenda and John
Bettler’s E Z Journey travel. The entire trip was without a worry or concern to
us as Brenda and John had made sure all the T’s were crossed and all the I’s
were dotted. Brenda traveled with our group while John stayed behind and made
sure everything would be on time and in place. The cruise itself was with
Celebrity cruises and the service there was without fault, the food was
delicious, the activities made available to us on the ship were wonderful and
fun, each of the Alaskan cities we visited were quite interesting. Brenda
planned many activities for us and it was truly an E Z Journey.
